Dapper Codes, LLC Refund Policy

By submitting payment to Dapper Codes, LLC. (“Dapper Codes”) you hereby agree to the following:

1. If your payment is a prepayment related to services that Dapper Codes WILL provide, through a service agreement agreed to by both parties, you agree that such payment is fully earned as of the date payment is made to Dapper Codes and you shall not be entitled to a refund of the payment or any portion of the payment for any reason.
2. If your payment is related to services that Dapper Codes HAS provided to you, through a service agreement or other agreement between the parties, you agree that such payment is fully earned as of the date payment is due and you shall not be entitled to a refund of the payment or any portion of the payment for any reason.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Dapper Codes reserves the right to issue a refund, in our sole discretion, if it appears that Dapper Codes, LLC requested, and you paid, an amount greater than was actually due because of a fee miscalculation by us. However, any waiver of section (a) or (b) for one payment does not constitute a waiver of this refund policy for any subsequent payments.
