Below, Dapper Codes, LLC will explain how we treat the Personal Information we collect from our users (“Users”). Personal Information is information about our Users that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, and information that is not otherwise publicly available.

Upon registration or a request for us to contact you, Dapper Codes, LLC requests, collects and stores the following Personal Information:

- certain URLs (LinkedIn URL, Facebook Business Page URL, Skype URL)
By visiting the Dapper Codes, LLC site, even if you have not requested we contact you, we have access and may store the following Personal Information from your computer and browser, including
- your IP address,

- software and hardware attributes, and
- the pages you request and view.
How We Use What We Collect
Dapper Codes, LLC uses the Personal Information for the following general purposes:

How We Protect Your Personal Information
What Rights You Have Regarding Your Personal Information
At any time you may request, in a signed and notarized writing, to:
- see the Personal Information you have provided to us,
- request we destroy the Personal Information, within reason.
However, please remember that even if Dapper Codes, LLC removes access to this information, it is possible that other User’s may still have access to this information through copies that they have made if that information was made available to the public (for example through a testimonial). You agree that Dapper Codes, LLC is not liable for any unauthorized use by third-party users of your Personal Information. Further, although we will take all reasonable steps to destroy Personal Information after receipt of your request, such destruction will only be done to a reasonable extent. As such, due to current technology limitations it should be noted that the Personal Information will not be 100% destroyed.
Additionally, if you are a California resident, in accordance with California law, you may request and we will provide you with a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year, and must be in writing, or made by electronic mail request.
Regarding the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Dapper Codes, LLC is not intended for children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children. If you are under the age of 13 you should not access this site.
